The Large Taxpayer Center (LTC) Objectives

First : facilitating the treatment of large taxpayers and improving the level of services provided to them and also saving time , effort , and cost for them and the revenue departments through one stop shop.

Second : carrying out the accountancy out of trust in the taxpayers integrity and the accuracy of their books and records, which leads to the increase of voluntary compliance of those taxpayers and hence increase of internal revenues for the treasury and reducing the cost of collection.

Third : preparing for full merger between the Income Tax Department and the Sales Tax Department which will be reflected in facilitating the accounting matters. This would reduce effort , cost , and time spent on accounting to reach an agreement, consequently a fair tax base. The Minister of Finance has realized that achieving these objectives deserves every effort exerted, so the LTC was established.
